One of the more challenging aspects post divorce can be co-parenting with your ex. During your divorce process you may have benefited from having your attorneys act as the intermediaries who handled the more difficult conversations and communications. While a parent coordinator can typically be the primary resource for parents in high-conflict post divorce, they tend to meet with both parents at the same time and their focus is on supporting your child. A coach can provide meaningful support as you navigate the decisions that must be made during the many stages of your child’s development and plan for the conversations you will need to have with your spouse, either one-on-one or in the presence of a third party.
