Smoothie #1: Spa Cucumber Melon Smoothie

This vitamin-packed, low-calorie smoothie is refreshing, delicious, and reminiscent of a relaxing day at the spa. Cucumbers and cantaloupe can also help aid in digestion.

2 Medium Cucumbers

1 c. Cantaloupe

1 Lime

½ c. Water

1 tbsp. Agave Nectar

Peel, seed, and chop both cucumbers. Cut and chop the cantaloupe into bite-sized chunks, blend the cucumbers and melon with the rest of the ingredients, and garnish with a fresh sprig of mint. Then sit back, relax, and enjoy your light and slightly sweet smoothie.

Smoothie #2: Mango Banana Smoothie

This smoothie is like a beach vacation in a glass. Mangoes are an excellent source of fiber to keep you satiated, while potassium-rich bananas add a touch of sweetness.

½ c. Mango Nectar

Peel the mango, and chop up the fruit into chunks. Blend all the ingredients in a blender with ice, and savor this tropical summer smoothie!
